BRING OUT THE BOOZE COS IT TIME TO CELEBRATE!!
ITS THE HOLIDAYS!!!

As I type, I relax on my cousin's couch in Sydney, Australia. That's right, I'm in Australia right now! Though I wish I could have left on Sunday. That way I could have sang for ChoralFest. I HOPE IT WENT WELL YOU GUYS!! Anyway's The flight was great, though When we landed, there was a thunderstorm and I gotta say, storms really manage to lockdown the WHOLE airport. I mean, We couldn't get out of the plane for 10 minutes because the airport authorities did not allow the connection bridge to like with the plane for us the disembark. Not to mention, we had to wait another one and a half hours for the baggage to arrive. That is absolutely ridiculous. Thunderbolts and lightning, very very frightening, but that's why we humans invented the lightning rod.

On the flight, i watched 3 movies. I will try to give a criticism of all 3.
Firstly, a list of the movies.
Kill Bill Vol 2.
Twilight
HSM 3.

I will start with Kill Bill vol 2.
Only got a few words to say to improve it. Less story, More Gory. Thats what will make it awesome.

Twilight.
Ah, now here's a movie adaptation of a popular bestseller. Of course, we would all be familiar with the story of Edward Cullen and Isabella Swan. Now, I gotta say this and I may get flamed for saying this.
Robert Pattinson is fugly and does not deserve to play the part of Edward Cullen.
Kristen Stewart is okay, not exactly the best choice. Not to mention, her voice is, weird.
Anyway, back to the movie, The start was rather slow moving. I did not expect Eric to be played by an Asian, but I guess thats just the director putting in a multi-racial cast. Now, the middle of the movie seemed to be the most eventful. Though there was a lot of sensual scenes involving Bella and Edward, I guess thats what people want. But the climax only lasted like 5 minutes. Barely any suspenseful build up and a fight scene that absolutely sucked. Now, I'm not saying that Stephanie Meyer's writing is bad, but the dialogue was very monosyllabic and Edward didn't seem as smart as he was depicted in the story.

Finally, HSM 3.
Wow, this movie was actually a shocker. HSM 1 to me was a complete flop. The songs were a bit effed up and I gotta say, there was a lot more humor in HSM 3. The fact that the director also places extremely real and impacting problems into the lives of Troy and the gang seem to make the movie so much easier to relate to. I found the songs a lot more enjoyable, especially the "Game On" song. Though the part where Gabriella and Troy have a small duet in the middle of a game is very nonsensical and not to mention, cheesy. But the complications, the separation of lovers and the big decisions of choosing a University to go to. Zac Efron also sucks at emoing.

Well, I haven't watched HSM 2 yet, so if anyone can lend me the dvd, then sure I'll watch it and tell you what I think. But so far, I think HSM 3 is quite good.


In all,
Kill Bill - Doesnt Live up to its name as a gory action movie.
Twilight - Downright awful cast, though the actor choice for Carlisle was the best.
HSM 3 - Definitely watchable and enjoyable. A good love story I might add.
